We invest in our employees and they, in turn, advance our clients' mission.Clearance Requirement: Active or Current TS w/ a current SCI POSITION OVERVIEW The Foreign Disclosure Analyst performs functions that support the Foreign Disclosure Officers (FDOs) in executing their official duties as described below.JOB REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONSProvides subject matter expertise and advice to the USG officials related to foreign disclosure policy and intelligence relations for inclusion in national and departmental planning and policy documents.Reviews, analyzes, and makes recommendations concerning plans, strategies, positions, and proposals involving foreign disclosure and intelligence sharing policies and procedures.Prepares staff packages, briefings, papers, read-ahead materials, and other correspondence for coordination and signature by USG officials.Provides administrative support to USG officials attending Interagency committees, working groups, and other forums related to foreign disclosure and intelligence sharing policy.Coordinate with Government officials requests for foreign disclosure, the foreign disclosure officer will have access to aforementioned scheduled events to ensure foreign partners are cleared for access.Receives, analyzes, makes recommendations to the FDO, and maintains records of requests for disclosure/release of classified and controlled unclassified information under the authority of the USD(I&S).JOB REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONSEducationBachelor s degree in a relevant field is highly preferredExperienceLevel 2 Bachelor s degree AND 2 years experience OR HS Diploma and 6 years experience Level 3 Bachelor s degree AND 4 years experience OR HS Diploma and 8 years experience Specialized Knowledge/Skills RequirementsFDO certificate highly desiredIn depth understanding of classification and declassification guidelines (NDP-1)Ability to think critically and analytically, as well as broadly and strategicallyAbility to perform under pressure and with tight deadlinesEqual Opportunity StatementXator Corporation, and its Subsidiaries, provides equal opportunity to all applicants for employment as required by and/or consistent with applicable country law and company policy.
