WorldStrides is seeking a Vice President of Revenue Generation to lead our Oxbridge Academics Programs. Oxbridge Academic Programs (OAP) offer summer study programs to students in grades 8-12. Our students come from over 80 countries worldwide and participate in one our elite programs in England, France, Spain, and the United States. Students choose two subjects in which to immerse themselves - a major and a minor - from a range of over 200 courses. Popular options include Medicine, Law, Business, and Psychology.. The VP of Revenue Generation will lead the Oxbridge Marketing and Sales efforts in collaboration with the General Manager. Oxbridge uses 2 different channels to recruit students for its program: 1) a direct to customer approach (B to C) via traditional marketing tactics such as direct mail, email, social media, SEO, special events, school fairs and presentations, and 2) an indirect approach (B to B to C) via guidance counselors or college advisors in elite private schools. The position is 80% marketing and 20% direct sales.. The VP of Revenue Generation will lead the development and execution of lead generation, lead nurture, sales closing strategies and admissions with a focus on excellent service experience during the customer journey. This individual will oversee a staff of 6 who are involved in all aspects of the marketing; sales and admission process (marketing coordination, marketing execution, and school visits). As well, this team is often involved in delivering the summer academic programs on location (July and August) under the supervision of the General Manager.. The VP of Revenue Generation will also work with our corporate marketing team members (not co-located) who support all WorldStrides' divisions in the areas of SEO, website development, copywriting, graphic design, email marketing, list acquisition and creation, analytics, etc.. The VP of Revenue Generation must display a strong ability to assess the current marketing and sales activities and make changes as needed to further grow the Oxbridge business. The VP of Revenue Generation must have a hands-on approach to marketing and sales operations. This position requires frequent travel domestically and internationally.. VP of Revenue Generation Responsibilities:. Management of sales and admission team (direct sales and marketing).. Evaluate and develop Oxbridge marketing strategy and marketing plan to drive lead generation, lead nurture, and closing of sales.. Plan, direct, and coordinate marketing efforts.. Guide the day to day activities of the marketing, sales and admission team members.. Oversee and manage marketing budget, allocate and invest funds wisely.. Oversee and ensure the successful deployment of marketing campaigns.. Measure and report performance of student enrollment campaigns (marketing and direct sales). Hire new team members, train team members, provide frequent feedback, and issue annual evaluation.. Marketing and sales Leadership. Utilize a variety of acquisition channels, including content creation, lead nurturing, pay-per-click campaigns, event management, social media, email and direct mail campaigns, etc.. Manage outbound sales efforts: targeted schools' selection, sales training for team members, and proper plan's execution.. Spearhead efforts to increase SEO visibility. Oversee Oxbridge digital strategy in collaboration with WorldStrides Chief Marketing Officer and Head of Digital. Build brand awareness and positioning. Conduct competitor research. Support to General Manager. Assist in products and services' evaluation, enhancement and innovation.. Assist in annual budget creation.. Assist in the prioritization of strategic efforts.. Leads the NYC office when the GM is on business travel.. Vice President Revenue Generation- Role Requirements:. To be considered for this position, the VP of Revenue Generation will need a bachelor's degree in business, marketing or communications. The VP of Revenue Generation has proven experience and a successful track record in managing a marketing/sales team.. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field. MBA preferred. 5 years of experience in leadership role.. Confident, driven and dynamic leader.. Proven ability to manage budgets.. Solid understanding of social media and SEO marketing.. Effective time management skills and the ability to multitask.. Marketing program management experience, from setting marketing strategy to evaluating results, in a multichannel marketing environment.. Well-rounded marketer with both creative and analytical abilities that can provide input on design and copy but also an understanding of marketing analytics and reporting. Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.. Professional and proactive work ethic.. Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Ability to travel domestically and internationally (25% of your time - sometimes 2-3 consecutive weeks)
