Deposit Products Group (DPG) is seeking for high caliber individuals to join the Remediation's Team as Analytic Consultant 3's supporting the deposit customer remediation function and reporting. These positions may provide some ad-hoc analysis and dashboard reporting around deposits.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Utilize SAS/SQL for data mining for remediation of deposit data such as, customers information and DDA transactions (demand deposit accounts)
  • Develop procedures and code to remediate customer account/service issues identified by the business.
  • Partner with Remediation Project Management Team, Product Managers and other business proponents to gather business requirements.
  • Skillfully work with data at varying levels of granularity and tackle issues inherent in remediation efforts
  • Collaborate with other consultants/analysts and subject matter experts to find data solutions to customer remediation issues
  • May present status of remediation efforts to business proponents, partners and management through meetings and reporting

***The positions are only open to the locations listed; however, other DPG locations may be considered.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of reporting experience, analytics experience, or a combination of both; or a BS/BA degree or higher in a quantitative field such as applied math, statistics, engineering, physics, accounting, finance, economics, econometrics, computer sciences, or business/social and behavioral sciences with a quantitative emphasis and 3+ years of reporting experience, analytics experience, or a combination of both
  • 2+ years of SQL or SAS experience

  • Extensive knowledge and understanding of research and analysis
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

Other Desired Qualifications
  • Ability to partner with different functional areas and teams to gather and review business requirements and ensure projects are on track
  • Teradata experience
  • Deposit products experience
  • Knowledge and understanding of databases and data mining techniques
  • A BS/BA degree or higher in a quantitative discipline
