Job Duties (Will Include but Not Be Limited To)

* Motivate, counsel and monitor the performance of all accounts receivable team members

* Monitor status of accounts receivable aging's and partner with dealerships and customers to keep them current

* Oversee daily deposits

* Work with team to reconcile accounts (e.g. missing invoices, disputes etc.)

* Monitor collection activities and write offs to ensure compliance with write off policies & Procedures

* Help develop and maintain Accounts Receivable Policies and Procedures

* Manage Customer maintenance (e.g. credit limits, required documentation)

* Establish clear guidelines to team for 1083 forms Compliance

* Manage the Sales & Use tax calculation and payment process

* Manage the month-end process

* Train and manage the team in company policies and ensure adherence to them

* Support the career and professional development of team members

* Embrace and exhibit CORE values

* All other duties, tasks and/or projects as assigned

Minimum Requirements

* 3-5 years accounts receivable experience

* Demonstrated ability to multi-task, handle frequent interruptions and shifting priorities

* Strong attention to detail

* Ability to work independently and as a member of a team

* Must have valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record

Preferred Qualifications

* 4-year degree in Accounting
