Responsibilities?Review of vendor invoices and check supporting documents are adequate for payment approval. ?Preparation of project budget for each production plant broken into owner cost and EPC cost.?Monitor accounts (GL) to ensure payments and postings are up to date.?Tracking and executing payment of intercompany invoices after reviews and approvals.?Preparing and updating financial models as and when required.?Preparation of opex budget for non-capex financial requirements (e.g. G&A)?Checking payment in accordance with company authority schedule.?Preparation of monthly report analyzing actual versus budget and prepare updated forecast?Correspond with cash operations & vendor financial operations and respond to inquiries.?Preparation of short-term and long-term cash flow forecast for cash call from partners and project financing?Month end closing activities coordination Requirements?4 Year Degree in Accounting or Finance Required.?Minimum 8 years' experience in Project and/or Corporate Financing?Knowledge of GL accounting?Proficient in the use of Computer applications and familiarity with SAP/ other payment related application.?Knowledge of inter-company & E&PM billings.
