TriStarr's client is a global, engineering firm. They are looking for a Billing Clerk who will also help with simple, automated invoices.
JOB TITLE: Billing Clerk 1 - FT, Temp to Hire
JOB DESCRIPTION: Principle duties include but are not limited to:-perform billing support functions under general supervision related to invoice processing and review-compile, sort, organize, copy and scan information according to client driven requests by content and in chronological, alphabetical, or numerical order.-preparing automated invoices-process and prepare documents such as timesheets, expense reports and receipts-research and retrieve information from vendor websites in response to requests from clients-deliver invoices and other necessary documentation per client requests-maintain confidentiality of documentation-respond to routine questions regarding the activities described above-perform other duties as assigned
High School diploma -1 year corporate business experience preferably in billing. Business or college course work desirable.-familiarity with Adobe Acrobat, Oracle recommended but not required-billing experience and proficient in excel-must work well under pressure and adhere to deadlines in a fast-paced environment-must be capable of working both in a team environment as well as independently-involvement in financial matters will be required-this position may require successful completion of a comprehensive background check
