Sunrise System Inc. is currently looking for Contract Administrator in Center Valley, PA with one of our top client. Job Title: Contract Administrator Job Id: 19-13582 Location: Center Valley, PA 18034 Duration: 6 months PositionType: Hourly contract Position (W2 only)
Reviews and enters information received to create financial contract documentation.
Coordinates the organization of all transaction elements, including the review of all pricing support for accuracy and completeness and in alignment with policies.
Utilizes applicable systems to document and track information from pricing documents, credit application, equipment quotations, service quotations and other support.
Support the Financial Services Field Reps and Equipment Sales Reps regarding the status of their transactions.
Prepares customer leasing document packages.
Submits transactions for Credit Approval and additional Credit requirements as applicable.
Process customer executed documents for order placement approval and counter signature.
Tracking of contract orders submitted for complete shipment to commence contracts. Perform other related duties and/or work as assigned.
High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor s Degree or two (2) to three (3) years' experience in Equipment Leasing Sales Support or Contract/Documentation preparation required.
Demonstrates strong organizational skills, strong interpersonal and communications skills, strong propensity to multi-task, strong mathematic skills, extremely detail oriented.
Maintains a positive attitude and works well within a team environment.
Handles stressful situations in a fast-paced environment, effectively prioritizes workload/time management, excellent verbal and written communication/customer service skills.
This position requires the ability to handle numerous responsibilities at one time.
