Prepares generalledger entries in conjunction with monthly closing processes and reconcilesgeneral ledger accounts.
Developsanalytical/departmental reports as required or requested. Assists with thedevelopment and administration of the organization's annual budget.
Serves as aninterdepartmental liaison. Works with internal and external auditors to preparefor and facilitate audits.
Ensures departmentaland organizational compliance with current accounting standards, hospitalpolicies and applicable laws and regulations.
Compiles financialdata for corporate tax reporting to comply with federal and state reportingrequirements.
Surveys operations toascertain accounting needs and to recommend, develop, or maintain solutions tobusiness and financial problems.
Develops, implements, modifies, and documentsrecordkeeping and accounting systems making use of current computer technology.
