SS&C Technologies Inc., a world leading provider of comprehensive financial management systems and services is looking for experienced individuals to join the firm's Professional Services team in the role of Implementation Consultant. The incumbent will be a part of a team which is responsible for every aspect of Implementation of SS&C's Precision LM System and transitioning clients to full operations within the solution. The solution offered is an end-to-end solution for the Commercial and Residential Whole Loan, and Agency markets. The successful candidate will have a strong accounting background and the ability to interact with like peers, working on highly complex projects.

Senior Implementation Consultant Loan Focused

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Consulting and Implementation of SS&C's products in accordance with SS&C's best practices
  • Work with project team to gather the Client's business requirements
  • Transaction and position reconciliations between legacy system and SS&C product
  • Design and generate operational reports within SS&C products
  • Implement business processes and workflow to support the Client's front, middle and back office operations
  • Provide on-site or remote training for Clients
  • Prepare end user documentation for each implementation

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Strong commercial loan servicing OR accounting experience
  • Aggressive, competitive self-starter
  • Project Management/Project Implementation experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - comfortable dealing with senior executives
  • Excellent analytical, reasoning and problem-solving abilities
  • Autonomy to work effectively with minimal supervision
  • Capacity to meet deadlines and to work under pressure in a team environment
  • Desire to operate in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
  • Ability to travel (20-30%)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • PMP Certification is a plus
  • Advanced degree
  • Agency (FNMA, FHLMC, HUD, GNMA) experience
