Senior Consultant

This role will be located in Chicago, IL, Kaysville, UT or Windsor, CT.

Overview:


The Sr. Consultant instructs SKYLINE users (both new and experienced) on how to utilize SKYLINE and

how to apply proper accounting principles to meet operating and reporting requirements. The Sr.

Consultant creates an environment where learning and trust are developed, analyzes client business

needs and employs innovative accounting/technical solutions to meet those needs. The Sr. Consultant

also provides the first line of Technical/Customer Support when a client experiences problems with

SKYLINE.

Essential Job Functions:

Provide front line technical and customer support for SKYLINE software clients, including support

on advanced modules and functionality i.e. dual entry accounting, financial reporting, Cumulus,

Escalations & Recoveries, Facilities Maintenance, WWR, & Dashboard

Provide consulting and training for new implementations, post implementation refresher training,

and training on new SKYLINE modules and features, including support on advanced modules and

functionality

Perform tasks associated with SKYLINE development and deployment including requirements

definition, product testing, product documentation, user group meeting support and participation

Sell additional consulting services, training time and customer support services to clients

Report any additional sales opportunities post-implementation

Communicate/follow-up with clients in a timely, courteous and efficient manner

Provide support to Sales and Testing initiatives as required


Experience Required:

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related discipline

5+ years relevant experience

Previous SKYLINE experience

Technical aptitude

Strong written and verbal skills

Strong interpersonal skills

Experience Preferred:

Certified Property Manager or CPA

**There will be up to 30% travel associated with this position.
