JOB DESCRIPTION

Seeking HR/Payroll Person 
Located in Sherman Texas / Denison Texas 

High School Diploma required.
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent experience, (preferred, not required)
Experience with HR functions including payroll processing, payroll taxes, on- boarding new employees, benefits administration, workers compensation and conflict resolution. Microsoft Word, Excel, Sage300 (preferred, not required).

Plan, organize and prioritize work. Attention to detail is a must. Requires good verbal skills. Critical thinking skills, problem identification, trouble-shooting and use of confidentiality. Ability to remain flexible. Demonstrates excellent time-management, problem-prevention and problem-solving skills. Maintain record keeping. Responsible for day-to-day coordination and processing of a variety of functions including, but not limited to recruiting, payroll coordination, healthcare benefits administration, new employee on boarding and reports generation. Position is also responsible for coordinating unemployment claims concerns, worker compensation, family medical leave and ensures compliance with all federal, state, and local government regulations related to employment concerns. This position will also maintain company website and social media accounts.
