This role will be focused on building and managing a strong Partner Ecosystem across the Americas with the key goals of driving: adoption of Corda early revenues customer stickiness to Corda longer term Responsibilities General Partners and Strategic Alliances Set overall goals, direction and strategy for Partner Management across Americas in collaboration with the R3 leadership team Contribute to global partners and alliances strategy and planning Establish and run partner account planning meetings and partner events Engage closely with sales and technical pre-sales teams to develop sales pipeline and in support of RFPs, projects / pilots Collaborate closely with R3 platform, services, commercial and legal teams for end-to-end partnership engagement, from initial agreement to CorDapp launch Senior stakeholder management responsibilities with all partners in Americas Build and management of a strong partner ecosystem Accountable and responsible for activating, onboarding and managing ISV s and SI s in region Identify and negotiate high-value partnerships and alliances which can drive adoption of the Corda platform and revenue through development of CorDapps and professional serviec Nurture existing partnerships to deliver ongoing mutual value and evolve the relationship as more R3 offerings come on-line Maintain close monitoring of emerging, high potential Partners which may be valuable CorDapp partners in future Provide partner leadership across the Americas working closely with all partners and guiding them through their onboarding and implementation of CorDapps Design and develop the strategy for building a strong partner ecosystem across industry sectors across the Americas General leadership responsibilities Act as a senior member of the team in New York; manage small partner team Provide partner and alliance leadership across the Americas working closely with all partners and guiding them through their onboarding and implementation of CorDapps Work closely with senior R3 team members across the Americas Contribute to global partner and alliance strategy, planning and implementation Qualifications Post Graduate Degree or MBA required Typically have a minimum of 12+ years' combined strategy and delivery management Preferred experience in managing partners and building external relationships from within a technology organisation or successful startup Associated topics: administrative, branch manager, management, manager, manager of sales, regional sales manager, sales executive, sales management, shift lead, territory manager
