  • Collaborate and partner with Global Medical Affairs to ensure alignment of business objectives and compliance with all applicable internal and external (U.S. and Country) policies and procedures as it pertains to contracting of Scientific Leaders (SL) globally.
  • Independently utilize current work instructions to manage contracts from creation to execution, ensuring systems are updated correctly and within client compliance.
  • Understand market, country and customer changes globally and ensure alignment with updates to procedures to ensure compliance.
  • Provide in-bound call and email support to maintain open communication with all stakeholdersregarding policies and procedures as it pertains to contract execution.
  • Support in gathering required documentation to support audits and legal requests including but not limited to: I RO (Internal Review Organization), eDiscovery, Region, Country and MCAAS
  • Qualifications

  • Minimum of a Bachelor s Degree (or equivalent experience); Minimum of 1 year experience in pharmaceutical industry; Experience in a customer service role preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a high-volume work load while maintaining quality
  • Must Haves :

    Bachelor s Degree OR 1 year of relevant experience in pharma OR 1 year of customer service experience
