Position Overview:

The PerfectServe Chief Revenue Officer is expected to contribute to the organization's performance by leading a team that is passionate around driving new practice, hospital and health system revenue. This role is critical to the success of the PerfectServe brands. Our companies are serving the CCNC, Physician Scheduling and patient engagement space. This leader will not only drive new client sales but also lead retention efforts with our existing clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Train and develop an industry leading sales and account management team.
  • Lead and Facilitate strategic/regional sales planning -including identifying and developing market and competitive analysis, developing and implementing highly innovative sales strategies, and creating and tracking metrics and reporting.
  • Manages the recruiting and interviewing process for all sales personnel.
  • Ensure sales activities, quotas, and/or other assigned responsibilities are being achieved by the sales team.
  • Develop in conjunction with the learning and development and technical sales support function initial orientation and ongoing training to the teams.
  • Monitor and adhere to the sales budget.
  • Partner with RVPs to conduct consultative and productive face-to-face meetings (ability to connect with a variety of buyers and coaches).
  • Partner effectively with appropriate internal PerfectServe resources related to progressing complex sales through the sales pipeline.
  • Keep current with industry trends that are relevant to targeted markets.
  • Have a solid technical understanding of and ability to articulate/demonstrate PerfectServe's products/programs and value proposition.
  • Oversee sales pipeline with weekly reports to executives.
Essential Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree from a four-year college or university
  • 5 or more years of sales management experience in the healthcare environment ideally with a SaaS company.
  • Proven ability to lead and manage a national sales team that has met and or exceeded their quotas.
  • Strong interpersonal, persuasive/negotiating, and time management skills.
  • Expertise in building new markets where solution is still evolving in the market.
  • Experience in consultative physician office/ enterprise healthcare sales.
  • Experience in structured solution sales methodology (complex sales)
  • Excellent presentation skills with the ability to succinctly present PerfectServe solutions via phone/web conference, face-to-face, trade shows, etc.
  • Strong computer skills, proficient with standard software, Internet, and web applications
  • experience is mandatory.
  • Travel required; domestic at 50-75%
