Position Description :
The Revenue Cycle Supervisor supports the Senior Manager of Revenue Process in fulfilling the mission of PMMG Regional Practices and Penn Medicine. The Revenue Cycle Supervisor provides support to PMMG Regional Practices staff in regards to EPIC, operational system tools and operational functions required to perform daily tasks as well as special projects as deemed necessary by management. The Revenue Cycle Supervisor will work with the Senior Manager of Revenue Process to identify areas of opportunity to leverage existing technology to improve Revenue Cycle functions throughout PMMG Regional Practices.

The individual must maintain knowledge of PMMG Regional Practice policies, billing procedures, health care industry standards and coding requirements. In addition, the role will require a working knowledge of AR follow up including insurance carrier requirements for claims processing and appeal procedures. The individual will be part of the Epic APM Resolute PB training team and will support EPIC APM Resolute Professional Billing training. The Revenue Cycle Supervisor works to ensure revenue integrity and acts as an Operational resource to facilitate successful project implementations.

Minimum Requirements :
High School Diploma/GED required
5+ years of experience in physician billing or healthcare industry required
Bachelor's Degree preferred
3 + years of EPIC Ambulatory Practice Management (APM) experience preferred
CPC Certification required
