Responsibilities: Strategic and proactive accountability to ensure long term technology delivery of business objectives align with the organization's technology strategy; understand the business strategy, processes and decision makers; Foster participation in solution fiscal planning, scope, prioritization, delivery, and enhancement of solutions Accountable for managing business priorities and acting as proxy for business in IT discussion Develop solid business relationships becoming a trusted advisor with key leaders and stakeholders to pro-actively support business objectives and effectively manage business demand for technology services; Facilitate emerging technology showcase discussions and advocate for digital literacy within business Act as business executive level escalation point, communicating risk and overall health of the portfolio, providing recommendations to resolve issues and evaluating alternative implementations as needed while steering overall business expectations, perceptions and support ongoing two way communication of technology strategies, priorities and governance Outline technology fiscal planning and be accountable for overall technology spend, including budget allocations and updated budget forecasts; Communicate available and planned services to business stakeholders and monitor service performance Work within our broader team to ensure projects are delivered according to business expectations, understand internal changes (e.g. upgrades to infrastructure, technology refreshes, and internal projects) that need to be prioritized and scheduled in the change plan. Contribute to development of best practices, methodologies, key performance indicators, and metrics to demonstrate value offered within specific support areas to effectively improve business and IT engagement Qualifications: Minimum ten years of experience in technology software development, operations, and business process development; Big 4 or consulting experience is preferred Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university; Master's degree from an accredited college/university is preferred; Or equivalent work experience Strong leadership qualities with proven ability to lead and motivate geographically-dispersed technical teams with the ability to work effectively with clients, senior management, and other team members; Ability to participate in development of resource plans and structures and influence organizational priorities Outstanding verbal/written communication, collaboration, presentation and negotiation skills to lead an environment driven by customer service and team work and ability to foster the development of high performance teams; Capable of building strong professional relationships with ability to influence all levels across the organization; able to set and execute strategic initiatives for team Creative thinker with ability to identify innovative business solutions; Ability to develop strategic organization and resource plans, defining next generation business and leadership needs Occasional travel up to twenty percent KPMG LLP (the U.S. member firm of KPMG International) offers a comprehensive compensation and benefits package.
