Business Unit KLA is well known for its high-performing business model which routinely produces significant profit margins and revenue. Key to supporting KLA business is the finance team that partners with corporate and global business organizations to provide expertise and guidance for developing and executing sound business models and practices. The Finance organization consists of operations and corporate finance teams. The operations finance team influences business decisions by gathering the best available operations information, distilling it and making recommendations to our management team on the best course of action. The corporate team provides a broad range of services, such as financial planning, corporate accounting, tax, industry analysis and benchmarking, internal audits, SEC reporting and merger and acquisition support. Responsibilities : We are looking for a well-rounded individual with a positive attitude to contribute to a great Corporate Finance team. Our team provides a broad range of controllership and financial analytical support, such as corporate G&A expenses, corporate financial planning and analysis (FP&A), as well as investor relations. These entails driving annual budget process, periodically forecast results, providing variance analysis, performing industry benchmarking analysis, generating financial review packages for company executives and more. The ideal candidate will have excellent analytic skills and the ability to distill data into insightful analysis. Support the monthly and annual forecast process by performing variance analysis and preparing forecast packages for senior leadership Prepare quarterly corporate FP&A reporting packages for finance and senior leadership Support business decisions by tracking trends and metrics, and delivering actionable insights on financial and business performance Partner with sales operation and division finance team to track actual bookings, as well as finalize quarterly bookings and shipment backlog Work with division finance and TM1 system administrator to drive system improvement projects Identify and propose improvements to the financial planning processes, with the goals of simplicity and visibility Assist in various Corporate Finance / Investor Relation projects and modeling, as required Preferred Qualifications : Excellent communication skills and ability to effectively partner with cross-functional team Strong analytical and problem solving skills Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint Knowledge of a financial planning system (e.g. IBM TM1) and SAP Team player with a positive attitude and strong sense of ownership Attention to details & quality of work Minimum Qualifications: Master's Level Degree with at least 2 years of experience.
