About the Role: Reporting to the head of Strategic Programs, the successful candidate plays a critical role leading user research and testing, and translating client insights into differentiated and relevant experiences for JPMorgan s clients. They join a dynamic team of product managers, designers, and engineers passionate about delivering exceptional software using iterative and agile development processes. Responsibilities: Coordinate, conduct and synthesize user research and usability testing in close partnership with product and design Represent the voice of the client in conversations with stakeholders and during the product development process Supervise ongoing UX and design activities to maintain quality and consistency across experiences and interactions Leverage data and analytics to identify potential areas of opportunity and/or concern Translate business objectives into client experiences using visual solutions and prototypes Qualifications: 6+ years of experience in user experience research or a related field Excellent communication skills including the ability to connect and empathize with clients Demonstrable experience managing end-to-end user research and testing Experience designing client-facing applications in a lean and agile environment Team player, with a strong work ethic and high energy levels Strong critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to understand, interpret and leverage data to optimize UX solutions Not ready to apply?
