The Role: The U.S. Funds business sits within JP Morgan Asset Management and provides retail clients with investment solutions (J.P. Morgan mutual funds, ETFs, separate accounts, subadvised accounts and 529 college-savings plans) through financial intermediaries (wealth management firms, independent broker/dealers, retirement platforms, banks and institutional clearing platforms). We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated individual with demonstrated marketing communication s experience and/or a strong foundational understanding of the asset management industry. Reporting to Head of Segment Marketing, the Marketing Associate/VP will drive key multi-channel initiatives targeted at Financial Advisors within the marketing organization, with a particular focus on our cross-channel paid marketing campaigns as well our exclusive in person events for advisors. This role requires marketing generalist competencies but offers the exciting opportunity to cultivate specialization expertise based on the individual s interests and talents. Digital Program Management Responsibilities Program manage large-scale integrated marketing programs (messaging, execution, optimization, follow-up, and measurement) across marketing, sales, and service Monitor media performance in support of broader business objectives and coordinate with sales on follow up strategies for high-value leads Manage technology projects that enable customized marketing experiences including marketing automation and content personalization Develop dashboards that help the business continuously test and optimize to drive desired outcomes; partner with technology to automate solutions Own and derive business insights from marketing analytics and functional KPIs Identify and manage initiatives that scale, drive efficiencies and improve speed-to-market In-Person Program Management Responsibilities Lead Day-to-day management for approximately 7 outreach indicatives including Wealth Management Summits and Select Summits Coordinate with stakeholders across marketing and sales to develop an impactful agenda that supports business priorities Working directly with product teams to develop content, compliance submissions and onsite support Develop and execute funds managements participation in industry conferences. Working with sales and marketing to ensure they are supporting broader business goals, creating a targeted strategy for client engagement, setting KPIs and measuring ROIs Run digital events to deliver our investment capabilities and portfolio management expertise via webcast Qualifications: 5 + years marketing experience Have technical inclination with a bias for scaling programs through algorithmic and automated solutions Have ability to identify, analyze and solve ambiguous problems with extreme attention to detail Ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels including senior leadership Proven analytical and project management skills Ability to balance multiple projects simultaneously and be able to shift priorities quickly in a changing environment Proven ability to function as part of collaborate team, drive initiatives, and creatively problem solve Experience with measurement and/or development of consumer lifecycle marketing programs Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to report findings to all levels of the organization Experience managing at least 3 digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, Email, Display, Affiliate marketing, etc.) Not ready to apply?
