The Analyst, Tax Process & Technology role is responsible for supporting the digital transformation of tax and financial reporting processes. This new role is an opportunity to drive innovation and co-create transformation of tax reporting and data analytics. In addition to focusing on tax technology and process innovation, the role will include supporting preparation/review/data of the federal, state and international tax reporting (i.e. compliance, provision, and planning). The ideal candidate has strong experience in tax reporting systems (ONESOURCE, CORPTAX), financial systems (Hyperion, SAP), Excel and Data Analytics (Tableau, Excel), and project management.

YOU MUST HAVE
Bachelors degree in accounting
Certified Public Accountant license or Enrolled Agent license
3+ years of corporate tax experience, including Federal, state, and international tax, with some public accounting experience preferred
2+ years experience in tax reporting systems (ONESOURCE Income Tax and Provision and Dataflow, Corptax)
2+ years experience in data analytics systems (Tableau, Excel)
3+ years experience in large corporate multinational tax environments, financial statement accounting, federal and state U.S. income tax compliance, tax accounting methods, and tax planning
Master degree in taxation preferred.
Identifying and executing tax compliance process efficiencies.
Supporting the expansion of current Thomson ONESOURCE tax reporting tools, including Dataflow, Audit Manager, Workflow, and Transfer Pricing.
Implementation of data analytics (Tableau) for tax planning and reporting.
Communication of ideas for process improvements in the tax department for efficiency.
Assist with coordination of external tax advisors and tax technology vendors.
Assist with preparation of information for U.S. and foreign operations includable in the U.S. consolidated tax return and provision, including controlled foreign corporations, foreign branches, partnerships, and disregarded entities.
Proven effectiveness in project management, individual contributions, and team collaboration.
Experience working within a team environment, including with individuals in various geographic locations.
