The Senior Finance Analyst will work with talented cross functional teams in Controllership, Tax, Internal Audit, Region Finance, Treasury, Operations Finance, HR, IT and Business Finance and will have a large impact on the company trajectory. The Senior Finance Analyst will join the Office of the CFO Group. This influential team is responsible for key aspects of HPs overall Finance strategy, communication and key highly confidential projects. If you bring us good ideas regarding Finance, these ideas can be incorporated into our regular reviews with the CFO and the CFO Staff. Some of the responsibilities of this role could include (but will not be limited to) the following: Communicates with senior leaders to deliver guidance and desired results for finance programs Lead/support Finance Long Term Planning (LTP) process Lead/support monthly forecast updates from CFO direct reports teams (L2s) focused on the teams budget and headcount. Understand and summarize the story behind the numbers. Lead benchmarking exercises and serve as liaison/interface to 3rd party providers and consultants Proactively identify areas for focus and produce persuasive, data-driven arguments to support good decisions Continuing to develop, define, and champion HPs Finance Competitive advantage mission and vision Lead the Services Catalog updates. Direct and organize across the L2 Finance teams, analyze results and create meaningful presentations for CFO and CFO staff Evaluate the economics of complex financial strategies Is accountable for impact analysis of certain finance initiatives and outcomes of programs Play a lead role in other ad hoc projects and/or priorities. Provide project management support Education and Experience Required: Essential: A Bachelor's degree or equivalent diploma, preferably with a business or scientific major 7+ years related experience in large Corporate treasury, banking and/or trade Finance preferred Desirable: An MBA or CFA is desired Knowledge of financial information systems Experience in financial planning Experience with Corporate communication Knowledge and Skills Required: Advanced communication, leadership, consulting, influence, and negotiation skills. Exceptional financial and business acumen. Excellent project management, problem solving, strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, and the ability to execute a project within the scope of overall strategies.
