Your Job\:Currently, we are looking for an IT auditor (Principal Analyst Internal Controls) tosupport our Global Internal Controls team. Your main responsibilities will include\: ï· US on-site support/ liaison for any IT related Internal Controls questionsï· Support appropriate risk assessment across all major IT processes (incl.identification of appropriate risk mitigations)ï· Close work with Internal Controls team members across sites as well asFunctional Business Owner (FBOs), US based IT compliance team andExecutive Mgmt to align on appropriate risk mitigations and controlexecutionsï· Ensure appropriate documentation of all all risks, control standards andcontrolsï· Support re-test and/or audit cycles on all identified IT risks to assess thecontrol design (TOD) as well as the control operating effectiveness (TOE)ï· Support coordination of global and regional audits (PBCs, mtg schedule andattendance, follow-up, remediation, status reporting)ï· Close collaboration with external audit teamQualification:
University degree in economics or a related field and min 3 years of relevantaudit experience in a large audit firm or equivalent industry experience ï· IT process understanding incl. and across all IT layers (Application, OS,Hardware/DB, Network, etc.) incl. all major risk areas ï· Experience of performing IT process audits, IT control audits and/or IT riskassessmentsï· Experience in the documentation of audit results, as well as in thedocumentation of policies and procedures ï· Strong audit and compliance mindsetï· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work and communicateacross all job levels, from Fab worker up to (as required) executivemanagementï· Independent and proactive working style to actively solve complex problemsand taking new perspectives by using existing solutionsï· Flexibility for working hours in alignment to all other global entitiesï· Flexibility for project related travel assignments across all entities (verylimited)ï· Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint orequivalent)ï· Capability to manage complex data volumes using advanced Excel functionsor equivalent
