* Develop expense budgets for global facilities. Main expense areas include occupancy and personnel.
* Submit forecasts on a timely basis throughout fiscal month
* Develop capital budgets for global facilities. Prepare non-store CARs and submit for approval.
* Track committed capital and forecast open to buy spend at facility level.
* Track progress of capital projects to ensure that asset registers are submitted timely and new assets are established in accordance to accounting standards.
* Review facility contracts for accuracy and identify opportunities for improvement.
* Ensure invoices are coded, audited and paid on a timely basis with proper controls.
* Completion of various month-end/quarter-end reporting functions, such as booking accruals and analytical comments on variances to plan.
* ]Prepare account reconciliations and identify benefits/exposures/concerns in the account activity.
* Evaluate and track profit improvement opportunities.
* Identify and implement process improvement opportunities. Create consistencies throughout the various facilities.
* Visually present data in an easy to digest format for audience.
* Prepare and present accurate, well-supported financial analysis and ad hoc reporting.
* Interact and work closely with other departments.
* Deliver completed assignments within the specified time frame.
* Perform other duties as assigned.
* Requires a bachelor's degree in accounting, finance and/or business administration.Must be able to work additional hours during busy periods.
* Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (i.e., Excel, Word, Access, etc).
* Demonstrated experience working in a team environment as well as working independently with minimal supervision.
* Excellent verbal and written communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications

* 2-4 years of financial analysis experience
* Experience with and/or knowledge of PeopleSoft and running PeopleSoft queries.
