As you build your knowledge and experience, you ll become a credible advisor, influencing clients and engagement teams on resolutions that will impact entire industries.Skills and attributes for successLeading fieldwork, managing performance and keeping engagement leaders updated on audit engagementsCompleting audit processes and documenting higher-risk areas to increase your technical and business skills in areas including revenue, financial instruments and income taxesEngaging clients and providing authoritative advice and professionalism throughout transactionsConstantly developing your understanding of current market trends and processes and sharing your knowledge to develop junior colleaguesUnderstanding our clients unique ambitions and needs and referring them to colleagues in other teams and areas to broaden our business relationships where possibleTo qualify for the role you must haveA Bachelor s or Master's Degree in accounting, finance or business discipline, supported by at least 1 year of work experience as an auditor in a public accounting firmEligibility for US CPA licensure in your work stateExperience leading the planning, execution and reporting on audits of financial statements applying US GAAPProven project management skillsExcellent communication and negotiation skills and a collaborative approach to managementThe flexibility to constantly learn and adapt in a fast-paced environmentAbility to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance RequiredIdeally, you ll also have:Experience using SOX 404 and applying PCAOB standardsWhat we look forWe re interested in leaders with a genuine creative vision and the confidence to make it happen.
