Bookkeeping
Responsibilities:
- Specific accounting/bookkeeping responsibilities:
- Assist in managing all aspects of bookkeeping and accounting
processes
- A/P, A/R, payroll and bank reconciliation
- Process and pay all invoices
- Receive and deposit all organizational revenue
- Execute monthly payroll activities
- Perform annual 1099 reporting process for vendors
- Assist in preparation of monthly and quarterly financial reports
- Manage time tracking
- Supports management

Requirements:
-Bilingual
- MS Excel experience
- Experience with Quickbooks or similar a plus
Wage: $15-25/hr based on experience
