Salary: $16/hr+ DOE

Express Employment Professionals is now hiring for an Evaluation-to-Hire Bookkeeper/Admin Support for a Salem area Property Management firm! This opportunity is ideal for candidates who has previous Bookkeeping experience and can work independently and make decisions on their own.

This position is responsible for:

  • A/P reconciliation
  • A/R reconciliation
  • Attend to cleanliness of the office
  • Answer phones on a backup basis
  • Data entry
  • Filing
  • Qualities/ Skills Needed:

  • Friendly, welcoming personality
  • Able to work with limited supervision/ independently
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Adaptable
  • Willing to do tasks that are asked of them outside the job description
  • Experience/ Education Needed :

  • 3+ years of Bookkeeping experience required
  • HS Diploma/GED required
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks required
  • Salem, OR
    Monday-Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm
    $16/hr+ DOE
