Manager, Revenue Finance, MAC

Description

This role is an integral part of the Global Brand FP&A team providing financial support and extensive analytics to the Global Brand and the 6 Regional brand teams. Main responsibility is leading development and delivery of brand revenue performance analytics such as Commercial and Product based building blocks, Trade Spend Management and Channel & Door economics

Role is also expected to assist the FP&A Executive Director with the following areas:

* Development of the LRP, annual budget and monthly estimate process


* Development of the monthly and quarterly brand performance reporting packages, corporate monthly performance report and Investor Relations report.


* Develop and implement ongoing building blocks analysis process that covers both category and commercial activities


* Provide analysis P&L lines between Gross and Net Sales


* Deliver detailed analysis on channel and door economics, including channel and category P&Ls


* Present Trade Spend analysis, including deep dives into promotional discounting, bonification and returns


* Review all financial information of affiliates and collaborate with regions to ensure that visible trade spending is in line with the Global Brand Strategy, is on plan or within agreed estimate levels


* Assist in the preparation, review and management of the Global Brand Annual Budget Package Presentation and 3-year Strategy & LRP packages to Sr. Management, including all supporting schedules


* Assist business teams in the development of financial models, channels against Key Performance Indicators, pricing reviews, affiliate performance, etc.


* Participate in the review and management of the P&Ls, Global Brand Monthly Performance Package, Investor Relations, COGs/Gross Margin management, etc. in order to be knowledgeable about the brand and provide a strong foundation for FP&A function


* Collaborate on special projects/project management



Qualifications

Minimum Education level: Bachelor's Degree - Accounting or Finance

Minimum Years of Experience: 5

Licenses or Certifications:N/A

Additional Job Specifications (e.g., physical demands, working conditions, equipment/machinery, specific skills, etc.):

* 5 years' experience in Finance/Accounting preferred


* Degree in Accounting and or Finance, MBA preferred


* Very strong PC skills and experience in Windows packages (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and financial systems SAP/CPM (corporate planning system)


* Budget and Strategy experience, monthly estimate management experience preferred


* Understanding of advanced financial analysis techniques using spreadsheet software, as well as any specialized financial Forecasting/Estimate software the company may have


* Ability to assist in the design of reports that present both actual and budget data in a concise manner for use by top management in decision making


* Strong analytical and interpersonal skills. Ability to communicate with senior management in a concise/executive summary fashion


* Well organized with ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
