  • Participate as senior leader of the company in overall corporate strategy, planning and execution.
  • Create a vision & roadmap for sales strategy, insights, and enablement that supports company initiatives and inspires the team.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Account Management, Marketing, and Finance to ensure streamlined processes & analytics.
  • Recruit and retain top talent. Create career paths & work within organization to provide opportunities for individual advancement.
  • Oversee Salesforce instance and all actionable reporting & insights from marketing to billing.
  • Support revenue organization in developing & deploying clear compensation plans & GTM strategies.

  • At least 10 years in sales operations or related experience.
  • Fluent in Salesforce & related sales productivity tools.
  • Experience with a product that has emphasis on at least one of: Analytics, AI or AdTech/MarTech.
  • Demonstrated team building and leadership skills. Has a history of long-tenured direct reports.
  • Recognized and respected sales leader. Speaks authoritatively about sales methodology, culture, and strategy.
