The Opportunity

As part of the Global Business Services team located at Delaware North's Global Headquarters, the Revenue Integration Analyst will focus on a variety of tasks including (but not limited to) reconciliation of revenue activities, resolving mapping errors, handling exceptions and suspense items, assisting in revenue integration governance activities, and assisting in new unit revenue integration activities.

  • Receive, investigate, and resolve unmatched reconciliation items in Blackline.
  • Successfully handle exception and suspense items and escalate issues that cannot be resolved
  • Communicate effectively with operating units to resolve exceptions and suspense items.
  • Understand and apply Delaware North's Revenue Integration processes, policies, procedures, and internal control standards
  • Requires minimal supervision to manage daily activities and can meet published Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for activities
  • Work closely with Revenue Integration Senior Analyst, Business Services, and Managed Service Provider (MSP) to continuously improve handoffs or work transitions
  • Work to maintain and improve against SLAs and assist with any applicable reporting and analytics to measure the efficacy and efficiency of processes
  • Collaborate with corporate functions across the organization to ensure any required changes to policies (including GAAP changes), procedures, and processes are implemented
  • Collaborate with data owners/stewards to align on process and data issues

Required Education, Experience & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Associate's degree in business related curriculum.
  • 1-2 years of accounting/finance experience.
  • May travel to support certain initiatives.
  • Strong computer skills, including MS Office and PeopleSoft Financials or similar accounting software.
  • Facilitation, detailed collaboration, and effective communication skills.
  • Knowledge of Blackline is preferred.
