Contract Specialist H/F

Objectifs et missions
Reporting to the Head of Business Development for Americas, you are responsive for managing the commercial execution of contracts.
Essential functions include:
-Provides Independent analysis of business/contract issues to support decision making.
-Facilitates internal review of agreements and supports the commercial execution of contracts,
-Interface with key customers, proactively insuring contractual compliance and performance,
-Ensure compliance with Daher Aerospace Inc. and Daher S.A. legal processes and procedures,
-Participate in customer proposals for new business, including terms and conditions negotiations,
-Conducts negotiations of agreements & contracts within delegated authority,
-Interfaces with Daher S.A. legal counsel in the context of major negotiations,
-Leads and manages contract Change Management process,
-Provides guidance in the management /mitigation of customer claims and disputes,
-Be a business partner with Program Management in executed and managing contracts.
Your performance will be measured through:
-Profit (through realized price / claims negotiations),
-Profit (through Liability and Legal Risk Management),
-Production Expense (through effective Change Management),
-Customer Satisfaction (VOC) - delivery performance and organization responsiveness.
-Degree qualified in Business or NCMA certification,
-5-7 years Contacts experience of complex systems with good knowledge of contract terms,
-Business governance skills,
-Demonstrated negotiating skills,
-Strong communication skills (Verbal and Written),
-Customer focused (balanced with good business acumen),
-Action Oriented and ability to work in time sensitive environment,
-Good communication skills,
-Experience working in an International Environment,
-Spanish and French are a plus,
-Located in Savannah GA,
-Travel max 25%.
