You will support the Global Head of Asset Management Technology in driving the strategic-planning and implementation of various innovative initiatives as well as the coverage of day-to-day activities and responsibilities.. Main responsibilities/tasks:. Preparation of key management/stakeholder meetings (including agenda/minutes).. You will facilitate frequent dialogues with other IT divisions and stakeholders. You will follow-up on action points and ensure execution.. Be responsible for the communication strategy for the group, write and send out internal communications, be in charge of marketing the group and its achievements to partners. Run special small initiatives (e.g. awards, team events, lunch & learn events). Project management for small business initiatives. You will represent the group and the Global AM IT head at steering groups, program boards, as appropriate.. Organizing team events, focusing on engagement and collaboration. Speaker events for training and learning. Take on lead for various business management topics. Handle administration (e.g. MyAccess, D2 update, GARS, compliance to HR initiatives). Handle communication and content (internal web pages, internal communication updates). Management reporting: handle the business updates for IT. Organization and running offsites as well as global town halls. Create and run the group's strategy and ensure completion as well as tracking towards strategic goals. You have 2-3 years of experience within Investment Banking, Private Banking, COO, CFO or other relevant financial services roles.. Your good knowledge and experience in at least one of the following areas is a requirement:. Planning Activities. Project Management. Management Reporting & Communication (incl. financials). Broad knowledge of investment products, e.g. for Equities, Fixed Income, Asset Management. You have strong communication skills (written and verbal), who is able to liaise with all levels, explain potentially complex ideas and present findings to senior management.. You posses a strong proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. You have the ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively; able to handle a large workload expertly, delivering to strict deadlines..
