Current Need: Senior Manager, Pricing Deals Desk
Change Healthcare is hiring a Deal Desk Senior Manager (Finance) to lead the development and management of strategic pricing proposals across Change Healthcare's portfolio of healthcare technology solutions. Change Healthcare provides technology solutions across the vast industry of healthcare, including but not limited to: insurance companies, hospitals, ambulatory offices, pharmacies, and patients. This individual will be responsible for formulating pricing models and reports that support revenue, margin, and solution portfolio objectives, by analyzing Change Healthcare solutions' financial performance, competitive position and market dynamics.
Apply high-level strategic thinking to guide and influence sales on structuring complex cross-segment deals that deliver measurable results to the business Have a process-oriented mindset and in support of the Deal Desk Sr. Director, be a key role in forming the strategy for and implementing the Deal Desk of the future Provide thought leadership to identify opportunities, perform business and deal economic analyses, and develop out of the box strategies to pursue identified opportunities Collaborate with senior-level cross-functional teams to devise effective sales strategies and tactics focused on price Utilize strong analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to understand how business model decisions impact operations and execution across the business and finance teams Lead 1-2 team members through an inclusive style that encourages high level performance
In this role, the individual will:
5-8 years finance, marketing analytics or similar experience 5+ years of pricing, product management, or sales operations is ideal Experience collaborating with internal and external resources to develop strategies that meet pricing goals within established timelines
Experience collaborating with internal and external resources to develop strategies that meet pricing goals within established timelines Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to proactively partner with senior business leaders and interact effectively with all levels of the organization Advanced Microsoft Excel modeling skills with proven ability to independently create, validate, present, and implement ideas Knowledge of forecasting, budgeting, strategic planning and financial modeling and present and/or communicate financial results effectively to a variety of stakeholders Strong business acumen to perform financial, trend and variance analysis, identify cost drivers, and understand services and business strategy Self-motivated, organized, proactive with a strong customer service orientation with the ability to work well under pressure
Additional Knowledge & Skills Healthcare technology experience highly desirable Knowledge of finance policies, practices and systems Knowledge of financial/statistical/operational systems a plus: Spotfire, Tableau, Oracle, SAP, Salesforce, etc.
Education Required: BS in finance or related field or equivalent experience Preferred: MBA preferred in finance, marketing, or economics, or equivalent experience
