Kelly Legal Managed Services (KLMS) is seeking an experienced Paralegal for a busy PIP Insurance Defense practice in Detroit, Michigan. The paralegal will support a team of 6 attorneys in this temp-to-perm position. Paralegal Job Responsibilities: • Responsibilities encompass all duties associated with a busy litigation practice, including preparation of correspondence and drafting of general pleadings, file management and organization, scheduling and client billing; • Insurance defense experience is preferred. Qualifications: • Strong analytical skills, verbal and written communication skills; • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; • Working knowledge of Summation, e-discovery or other forms of litigation software is a plus; • Bachelor’s degree and /or paralegal certificate required.
