Manage a client email inbox (Google-based)
Customer service and process driven
Communication skills (written [email], verbal, interpersonal)
Financial system experience (FBMS or SAP preferred)
Ability to work in a matrix reporting environment
Basic knowledge of word processing and spreadsheets
Basic understanding of or experience in Accounting or Finance experience (Government preferred)
