Job Description:

? Process monthly billing for Berry College Elementary & Middle Schools, Child Development Center, and retirees. This includes imputing the charges in the system and preparing statements for mailing.

? Process monthly entries and financial transaction for Bonner Scholars Work Grants, cashiering journal entry, and monthly loan balancing.

? Assist with the data preparation for 1098-T forms.

? During peak times, assist students and families with questions regarding their tuition account in person and over the telephone.

? During peak times, assist students in the completion of meal plan changes, credit hold requests, and various other forms.

? Serve as the backup for cashiering services.

? Work with various departments within the Office of Business & Finance to establish efficiencies and complete projects.

? Supervising and mentoring students as part of the LifeWorks program.

? Other duties and projects as assigned.


? Undergraduate degree in business, accounting, or related field

? Excellent written and verbal communication skills

? Ability to create efficiencies within current systems

? Experience working closely with students in a college environment

? Exceptional problem solving and critical thinking abilities
