Vice Presidents play a key role supporting origination, opportunity evaluation and deal execution, working on a broad scope of assignments across all industries and products aligned with one of the 6 geographic regions: Northeast, Southeast, Midwest, Southwest, Pacific Northwest and Pacific Southwest. They will work closely with the RM responsible for that region as well as Industry & Product partners and are expected to make an immediate contribution. Key tasks and responsibilities may include but are not limited to:. Serve as a key resource working closely with GCB and Wealth Management RMs, industry and product partners to proactively generate ideas and solutions to meet client needs. Key support resource to senior bankers in day-to-day client coverage. Function as the key point of contact for the group, responsible for coordinating information flow and execution of work product with product groups, internal and external legal, tax, accounting, and regulatory parties. Lead due diligence sessions. Supervise the preparation and execution of final client presentation work product. Communicate and interact with deal team members and clients. Be a team player and culture carrier. Supervise and train junior personnel. Qualifications. 1+ years of experience as an Vice President. Have comparable combination of education and related experience. Full breadth of financing and strategic advisory experience. Professional maturity and experience to interact directly with client and drive origination and execution. Strong quantitative/analytical skills. Demonstrated strategic and creative thinking and distinguished communication skills. Ability to manage several projects at once and work effectively as an individual and as part of a team.
