The Associate Director, Cash Management Sales is responsible for developing commercial business and marketing a range of products and services. S/he serves as a thought leader in Cash Management Sales, leads the department by size and sophistication of the targeted client base, complexity of products required to serve the client base, and the knowledge and experience required to achieve assigned objectives.

Duties & Responsibilities:
Apprises Relationship Managers of any new products and enhancements, policies, pricing, etc. to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients
Develops and sustains relationships with key clients, ensures services satisfaction, and serves in a consultative, thought leadership capacity across the organization
Develops knowledge of clients needs and coordinates efforts to service client organizations
Ensures compliance in accordance with policies, procedures and regulatory standards
Establishes sales objectives and assists with development and modification of corporate banking services
Maintains communication with existing customers to ensure proper servicing of accounts and to expand existing business relationships
Oversees the effective and efficient implementation of product services to clients
Partners and collaborates with Relationship Mangers to drive sales and revenue growth
Prepares sales presentations, delivers services offered, and recommends services that add value to the customer
Proactively identifies prospects and clients requiring services, develops plans, prepares proposals and finalizes sales

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing or equivalent field, or equivalent work experience
12-15 years of relevant work experience in Business Development and Sales
Financial Services Industry experience
Experienced cash management person with knowledge in both US and international treasury targeting sophisticated companies with complex treasury needs
Ability to influence and drive complex initiatives and manage logistics with internal stakeholders
Demonstrated ability to motivate and influence others
Demonstrated complex contact negotiation and creation skills
Demonstrated thought leadership of domestic Cash Management Services
Expert presentation and public speaking skills
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Strong interpersonal communication skills, complemented by both excellent verbal and written communication
Strong organizational skills and detail orientation, as well as analytical skills
Strong relationship management and negotiation skills
Superior client relationship, marketing presentation and sales/closing skills
