To support Apex Group clients, Apex is hiring an entry level 1940 Act attorney for its Legal Department. Associate Counsel will provide legal and regulatory support services to Apexs mutual fund clients organized as mutual funds under the Investment Company Act of 1940.

Associate Counsel prepares regulatory filings with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, including prospectuses, statements of additional information, proxy statements, supplements and fidelity bond filings; prepares mutual fund board materials, including board books, minutes and other corporate governance documentation. Associate Counsel is an integral part of the Legal Department, ensuring client deliverables are prepared timely and accurately. Associate Counsel is responsible for engaging clients, to ensure client satisfaction and resolve client issues. In addition, the Associate Counsel supports the business and product development process
