+ Support Aerotek Manager and Client Solutions Manager with performance of candidate interviews for open positions
+ Addressing contractor frequently asked questions to include but not limited to: questions pertaining to the assignment, pay, benefits, performance reviews, time off, schedule, Aerotek/RES policies
+ Maintain and manage contractor work force according to the client specific Progressive Discipline Program as outlined in the Aerotek @ RES Employee Handbook. This includes but is not limited to: monitoring attendance & lateness, performance, attitude, safety, ethics, code of conduct, and general rules of conduct. This will be done by providing verbal & written warnings, conducting performance reviews, and termination of employment as necessary. Support escorting of contract employees from site as necessary.
+ Follow Injury Reporting Protocol and Random Drug Testing by communicating with the appropriate internal contact and the local medical facility that provides post-accident care. Support escorting of contract employees from site as necessary.
+ Serve as the interface between client managers, local office (if applicable) and contract employees. This includes regular attendance of all client meetings daily to include but not limited to: safety meetings, QE meetings, new hire orientations, foreman/management meetings.
+ Maintain all documentation using Aerotek's online system and/or client systems to track performance feedback regarding contractors.
+ Meet regularly with managers / foremen / leads to obtain performance feedback for contract employees. Execute delivery of performance feedback to on-site contractors.
+ Ensure all client related requirements related to on site contractor workforce are met, including but not limited to: issuance of contractor PPE and providing badge for timekeeping /Kronos clock.
+ Conduct regular audits of PPE supply to ensure the supply is sufficient for all impending / upcoming hires. Work with CEA to order PPE as necessary.
+ Maintain a professional work environment in alignment with current client culture, while maintaining the Aerotek expected standards of the guiding principles.
+ Utilize Aerotek Employee Relations as escalation point and resource for employee issues
+ Utilize the available and appropriate resources of Aerotek Inc. for conflict resolution
+ Provide first day reporting, issue PPE/badging, conduct contractor orientations, administering any required enhanced onboarding functions
+ Attend/conduct morning announcements and stretches
+ Work with management and foreman for Morning/Night Hours collection and verification
+ Conduct a minimum of two site walks/day to ensure safety procedures are followed and performance management
+ Conduct Contractor Exit Interviews and provide documentation to Client Solutions Manager. Work with CSM to ensure data is incorporated in RES Dashboard / Reporting.
+ Other duties as assigned such as but not limited to: support RES and Aerotek Management for manpower forecasting, report distribution, support Kronos team, issue timekeeping badging / replacements. Set up \"Gatorade\" or similar drops for contract employees.

+ Base salary range: $52k to $55k *based on experience
+ Bonus Potential: $2k to $4k *based on experience
+ Cellphone Allowance: $100 monthly to be expensed
